When the Norfolk Climate Change Partnership needed support to foster collaboration among members to work closely together towards achieving Net Zero, they engaged Jo Twiselton, an independent climate change coach and facilitator through Local Government East, to lead a series of workshops. Jo's impartiality and neutrality were instrumental in creating an environment where difficult questions could be asked, and necessary conversations could take place. This case study explores the challenges, approach and outcomes of that engagement.
