I work with organisations in two complementary ways - combining tailored support with focused, high-impact learning.

I design bespoke workshops that help teams work better together, particularly during periods of change, uncertainty, or transition. These sessions are shaped around your context, your people, and the challenges you’re facing - supporting teams to build trust, confidence, and practical ways of working through change.

Alongside this, I offer a range of topic-led workshops and masterclasses for leaders, management teams, and internal communication or change professionals. These focus on people-centred change leadership—strengthening communication skills, resilience, wellbeing, and the ability to lead with empathy when it matters most.

Twist masterclasses

Focused, practical learning on the skills that matter most in change.

Twist Masterclasses are designed for groups of 8–10 people and focus on a specific topic related to change, communication, wellbeing, and resilience.

Each session is grounded in the latest research and draws on my professional experience, combining evidence with real-world application.

Masterclasses can be delivered as stand-alone sessions or tailored to align with your organisation’s priorities.

Masterclass topics include:
